This Refund Policy applies to services purchased from Evision Infoserve. Because our work involves dedicated time and resources, please read it carefully.
SEO, content, PPC and related services are delivered as ongoing or project-based work. Fees cover time and resources already committed to your account.
Retainers are billed in advance for the month. You may cancel with notice as set out in your agreement; work already performed in the current cycle is non-refundable.
For one-time deliverables (such as an SEO audit), a refund may be available only before work has commenced. Once work begins, fees are non-refundable.
To request a refund or cancellation, email info@evisioninfoserve.com with your details. We'll review and respond within 7 working days.
Where we have clearly failed to deliver an agreed deliverable, we'll first work to make it right, and consider a fair partial refund if we cannot.
