- A basic test pass on every feature
4. Deploy & demo
- Live hosted URL (so the panel can click it)
- Seed data so the demo looks real
- A backup plan if the internet fails (local + video)

5. Report & viva
Your report should mirror your build: introduction, literature/existing-system review, requirements, design, implementation, testing, screenshots, conclusion and future scope. For the viva, be ready to explain why you chose your stack, how your database is structured, and one thing you would improve with more time.
